Please join us at the 39th Annual Spirit Run on Sunday, March 12th by Fashion Island! The Spirit Run is a wonderful community tradition that brings families(and pets!) together to promote youth health and fitness. No need to be in Fast Feet to register; everyone is welcomed!

Not a runner? No problem! The Spirit Run has something for everyone, including a Family Walk, A Dog Mile, Youth Mile, Toddler Trot and so much more! And as a cherry on top, if you mention Eastbluff as your Elementary School when you register, a portion of your registration fee goes back to Eastbluff!

Eastbluff's BOB Team will go head to head with elementary schools in the Newport Mesa area in the annual Battle of the Books Competition on Thursday, March 23rd at 9am at the Oasis Senior Center in Corona del Mar. Our 4th and 5th grade scholars in the BOB club have been meeting every week, testing their knowledge of the books they have read and sharing their passion for reading. 

Thank you so much to Mrs. Krolopp, Mrs.Coombe, Mrs. Northridge and all the parent volunteers for contributing your time, sharing your love of reading and working diligently to prepare the students for such an exciting event! If parents would like to cheer your students on, please arrive by 8:45am. We are so proud of our students! Good Luck and Go Otters!!

The Honorary Service Award gives special recognition each year to a selected individual who has given outstanding service to our children and youth, both in school and community activities. 

You have the opportunity to nominate the person who you would like to receive the award. It can be a teacher or staff member of the school who gives to our students above and beyond the call of duty. It can be a parent volunteer who contributes to our school, community, and students in a way that deserves celebration. 

The award will be presented at Flag Deck on Friday, Apr. 14th with a special celebratory luncheon on May 1st. Click here for the nomination form or pickup a form in the front office and submit completed forms to the front office by Monday,Apr. 10th.
